Belinda Gay Blaniar: One Rough Town
Belinda Gay Blaniar was a 33 year old from Arnold, PA. She had several brothers and sisters but had lived a tough life. In the early morning of June 21, 1996, Belinda walked out of her apartment to buy beer down the street. Witnesses saw her at a local bar then Belinda left. She was never seen again.
