David Madott, Kent Munro, Omar Shearer, and Jeff Wandich were young Canadian men who were on vacation in Florida. On the morning of November 4, 1994, they set out from Marco Island into the Gulf of Mexico in Jeff’s boat, the Sea Esta, for a day of fishing and scuba diving. 48 hours later, Wandich was found stranded on a military light tower, the boat had sunk, and the other three men were never seen again.
