Richard Keith Call and Cassandra Lee Hailey were a 20 year old and 18 year old from Gloucester and Grafton, Virginia respectively. They had a college class together. On April 9, 1988, Keith and Sandra were on their first date. Keith and Sandra went to a party in Newport News, then left some time after midnight. Keith’s car was found just hours later on the Colonial Parkway. They were never seen again.

Ronald Todd McNutt was a 44 year old from Corning, CA. He was the father of two and had many different jobs over his adult life. On May 4, 2004, Ronald dropped off his step-grandson at school. He was supposed to go to work after that. Ronald never arrived. He was never seen again.
William Francis Disilvestro IV, Billy to those who loved him most, was a 28 year old from Hamilton, OH. He loved tattoos and talking about God. On February 7, 2011, he got a ride to a friend’s home—one he hadn’t seen in quite a while. The friend claims they partied then he went to bed. When he woke up, Billy was gone. He was never seen again.
