Alicia Amanda Stokes, Mandy to those who knew her best, was a 33 year old from Oakland, CA. Although she’d been on the West Coast for a few years, she planned to move back to be with her mother on the East Coast. On November 25, 2007, she left in her car after having an argument with her roommate—her brother, Aaron. While driving, Mandy was on the phone with her boyfriend when the line went dead. Jessica Lynn Garino was a 21 year old from Goldsboro, NC. She had two sisters and had been the manager of a Wendy’s. Around January 22, 2012, Jessica’s roommate, a man she had known for a few years, said she took off with her dog and clothes for no reason. He said he had no idea where Jessica went. She was never seen again.
