Kelly Diane Sims was a 27 year old from Kelso, WA. She was a mother who loved playing pool and darts. On the early morning of Oct. 16, 1990, Kelly was dropped off two blocks from a local bar because the driver—a friend—was headed in a different direction. Kelly never arrived at her destination.
