Jeff Joseph was a 45 year old businessman from Louisiana. He loved wearing fedoras and never said no to a friend who asked for help. On June 21st, 2014, he was in Northern California for an appointment before heading to land he leased in the area. Jeff never arrived for the meeting, and didn’t show up at his property later.
