⦁ July 12, 2014 (Saturday) – Noah Davis is released from Blairsville. Godmother picks him up from jail. He stays with his Godmother, Michelle Fountain, that weekend. Noah Davis goes out with friends Brandon Cochran and Brandon Ferrell to Hooters. ⦁ July 22, 2014 (Tuesday) – Noah Davis is suppose to go to rehab at Carters Hope. Noah Davis‘s biological father was paying for the rehab stay. An aunt and uncle of Noah Davis and Jason and Justin Stephens showed up to the house of Noah’s mother, Janice Davis, on the morning of the 22nd of July, to pick him up. There were no cars or trucks there. Janice Davis informed him that Noah did not come home the night before. Noah Davis never showed up to Carters Hope.

⦁ July 26, 2014 – emails from Noah Davis to Kindra Wiley-Reavely. She no longer has access to that account but she had forwarded them to Joshua Wright.

⦁ July 27, 2014 – According to Kindra Wiley-Reavely, this was the last time she saw Noah Davis. On this day, Kindra Wiley-Reavely, Michael Underwood, Noah Davis and Kourtney Godwin drove to Walmart in Michael Underwood’s SUV. Kindra Wiley-Reavely and Michael Underwood had to go to E. Brainerd for some reason and Kourtney Godwin wanted to go to Walmart so she and Noah got out at the Walmart on Gunbarrel Rd while Kindra Wiley-Reavely and Michael Underwood ran to E Brainerd. They were supposed to be back to get Noah and Kourtney Godwin at Walmart in an hour but it took longer because Michael Underwood’s SUV was overheating. Kindra and Michael Underwood got back to Walmart a couple hours later. Kindra Wiley-Reavely walked thru Walmart looking for Noah and Kourtney Godwin but they were gone. After dropping them off at Walmart, Kindra Wiley-Reavely never saw Noah again.

Kindra Wiley-Reavely messaged Noah and Kourtney Godwin on facebook. Kourtney told Kindra Wiley-Reavely they had Noah‘s Uncle Ric Hafley come pick them up at Walmart because they were tired of waiting for Kindra and Michael Underwood.

Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely she wants Kindra Wiley-Reavely to come pick her up at Uncle Ric Hafley’s somewhere off Cloud Springs road. Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely that at some point while she and Noah were walking, a truck tried to run them off the road. Kourtney Godwin said they did a shot (got high) and Noah took off for the woods and didn’t come back. Kourtney Godwin was wanting to leave Uncle Ric Hafley’s and was looking for a ride from Kindra Wiley-Reavely. This was the same day as Walmart.

Within a few weeks, Joshua Wright contacted Kindra Wiley-Reavely about his missing laptop. The guy who bought the stolen laptop has since passed away. Around that same time, Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely she thinks she’s pregnant.

While Kindra Wiley-Reavely was incarcerated in 2015-2016, someone told her that Noah had spent another week after this with a girl named Amy Ensley. Kindra Wiley-Reavely doesn’t know how true that is because she never heard another word from Noah after the Walmart drop off.

Around that time, Jessica Shaw said that Noah and Amy Ensley stayed a day or two at her house.

⦁ July 28, 2014 – (Monday) – 9:00 pm Lisa Hyde Farner and Noah Davis exchange messages about Noah Davis selling Joshua Wright’s truck to her. Lisa’s last message to Noah was at 11:26 pm. Noah didn’t respond to her last message. https://imgur.com/a/2dADL

⦁ July 28, 2014 – (Monday) – 9:17 pm – Uncle Ric Hafley and Noah Davis exchanged Facebook private messages. https://imgur.com/a/fkndX According to Bobby Joe Rogers, Noah Davis and Bobby Joe Rogers drove Joshua Wright’s white 1999 Ford F-150 truck – Georgia tag # AIR4403 – VIN # 1FTZX1729XNA77348 to the America’s Best Inn on Camp Jordan Parkway in East Ridge, Tennessee. The truck broke down. According to Joshua Wright, this is the last time Noah Davis was heard from. According to Janice Davis in a recording made on February 19, 2016, Bobby Joe Rogers, Brandon and Noah called Timmy Gagliardi for a ride from the hotel and that was the last time anyone saw Noah.

⦁ July 28, 2014 (backdated)- Joshua Wright starts a Facebook page for his missing brother, Noah Davis (Joshua was in jail at this time and Noah Davis wasn’t reported missing until August 15th, 2014 so the exact date the FB page was made is not known but Joshua Wright posted it on August 11, 2014, 4 days BEFORE he reported his half-brother, Noah Davis missing to authorities) https://www.facebook.com/WhereIsNoahDavis/

⦁ August 3, 2014 7:51 PM (Sunday)- Noah Davis had Joshua Wright‘s cell phone while Joshua was in jail. According to Joshua Wright, Dr. PJ called his cell phone at 7:51 PM. Interestingly enough, Joshua Wright changed the date of the post to July 22, 2014 but if you look closely, you will see he actually posted this on August 12, 2014. 3 days BEFORE he reported his half-brother missing.

⦁ May 23, 2015 – 9:46am, Noah Davis‘s mother, Janice Davis, sent him Facebook PM’s. Someone with access to Noah’s Facebook received and opened them. So they abducted him from the hotel parking lot. “Sounds like he ripped off the wrong people. Drugs. Pot. He had been known to do that,” Wright said.

“They were taking him to hurt him and he tried to jump out of the car, so they ran him over by accident. Then ran him over again and killed him and buried him.” Reportedly it all took place in Whitwell, Tenn., in Marion County, about 25 miles northwest of Chattanooga, Wright said.

Side Note: There is a handwritten list with the names of the people Joshua Wright has accused, broken down into who was in the car, who helped bury him, who is calling the shots and who is helping to cover it up.

“Joshua Wright meets with the GBI as per his own reaching out, and is asked to assist them in getting ‘oversight’ into the case approved, by submitting to a polygraph to give more ‘credibility’ to the pitch, that the agents were going to have to do in order to get that permission. This is also where Janice Davis (with Joshua Wright’s child) caught on to these events, and was driven up by Ric Hafley to the GBI office in Dalton, Georgia. Where, as Joshua Wright exits and Janice meets him, Cayley and Joshua Wright leave, while Janice entered the building for a ‘discussion’ that took almost 2 1/2 hours. “
