Kelly Rothwell, a 35 year old woman from Indian Rocks Beach, FL, was a police cadet who just a few weeks from graduation. On March 12, 2011 she told a friend she was going to home to break up with her boyfriend. Kelly was never seen again. Tampa Bay Crime Report:
