Jack Rae Hemby was a 76 year old from Ruidoso Downs, NM. He was a father and horse trainer. On Nov. 9th, 2011, Jack received calls from a few friends. But his phone activity cease at about 3pm that day. A month later Jack’s car was found at a local casino. He was never seen again.
