Dale Kerstetter: As Clear As Glass

Dale Kerstetter was a 50 year old from Bradford, PA. He was the father of 6 and loved to hunt and fish. On the night of September 12, 1987, he showed up to work the night shift as a security guard at the Corning glass plant. The shift change went as usual.
